MYS & PHAME Rock Opera

Dear MYS Symphony and Concert Orchestra Strings,

I hope that many of you can join me in representing MYS at these shows, in collaboration with PHAME (a fine and performing arts academy serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.). We will have a string quartet made up of a rotation of MYS musicians join the band in the orchestra pit.

We will be performing an original rock opera, created by students at PHAME under the guidance of their teachers and mentors.

We are looking for violinists, violists and cellists. Musicians don't need to be able to make all services. We are hoping to have a rotation of players to cover all of the shows.
